Brilliant customer service, very friendly, efficient and excellent at their profession. I had my hair and eye brows waxed and throughout my first time going was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout my time and my hair and eyebrows look amazing. Always a lovely stress-free visit. I've noticed the wide range of customers ages and amazed at the services- hair extensions, hair treatments and stunning colours being produced. I'm Audhd and sometimes struggle but Victoria and the staff put me at ease from the first enquiry and I always feel safe. I have my go-to stylist, Angie and I adore her. She knows when and I trust her implicitly x

Fabulous service and friendly staff. I went for the moroccanoil deep conditioning treatment followed by a cut and blow dry with Kayleigh. She was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend the salon and the stylist. Looking forward to my next visit.

We had such a wonderful experience with Emily! My daughter has ADHD and usually finds it really hard to sit still for haircuts, but Emily was absolutely amazing with her. She immediately struck up a conversation, made her feel completely at ease, and somehow managed to keep her engaged the entire time — she sat still for the whole cut! She was so patient, kind, and genuinely understanding. My daughter is obsessed with her curls and hasn’t stopped smiling. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend Emily, especially for anyone with little ones who need that extra bit of patience.

Thanks Kayleigh,I had hair cut short and took along 3 photos of what I would like and Kayleigh advised me which would be the better one,my hair looks lovely,its short with volume and style w,here as it was long and very fine and dead straight.I never felt rushed and I was asked throughout apt was I happy with this and that,offered tea and coffee. Very lovely welcome and friendly staff at carmarthen. It is very good to know there is a salon in Kidwelly which is closer to where I live.🙂
