Lauren could not be more thorough and professional. She puts you at ease and explains everything really clearly. She clearly does her research and her attention to detail is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lancashire Laser Clinic. I am part way through my treatment and am thrilled with the results already. The clinic is spotless and comfortable.

Amazing! Leah is the best at what she does. She is really knowledgeable about skincare and what treatments are suitable depending on the skin issue. My skin is like glass and the facial is super relaxing. Would highly recommend!

First session with Rick this morning and what an experience. Super knowledgable and friendly. Within 10minutes I was seeing and feeling improvements. If you have tried everything else before and seen no results, this is worth a shot. New facility looks smart and professional too. Shall book in again to work on some other bits he identified. Thanks for the treatement!

Lauren is lovely, OK it stings! However the cooling facial after is so soothing.

Been to Rick previously 12 months ago and came for an express treatment to release my shoulder / lat. pretty much instantly done ! Top service - if you are thinking about it just go do it !

I had such a lovely experience, and I can’t recommend Leah enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Leah is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely caring, she takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The treatment itself was amazing, and I left feeling relaxed, confident, and so happy with my skin. You can tell Leah truly loves what she does, and it shows in her attention to detail and the results. Such a beautiful, welcoming experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I had my first facial by the lovely Sara and it was amazing. I choose the full facial and I experienced her different techniques with different lotions and also the steam facial . So relaxing in a lovely room . I’ve booked again for next month .

I had a really positive experience with Lauren at my appointment today. She made me feel really comfortable and kept me chatting throughout the treatment to ease any discomfort. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Booked for my husband after him constantly complaining of pain. Was worth every penny and Rick is fab at what he does! My only regret is not booking sooner 🙈
