I’ve had a number of treatments with Emma and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Emma is friendly and so easy to talk to. She was thorough in assessing my skin and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. My skin feels refreshed, glowy, and visibly clearer afterwards. Absolutely loved getting a hydrafacial with Kate. She is highly knowledgeable, very kind and made me feel so comfortable. Kate did an amazing job really tailoring the treatment to my areas of concern - my skin is absolutely glowing now and feels so hydrated! The treatment room was super relaxing and cosy. I loved my facial so much! I’ve never had a hydrafacial before! So good for a skin reset. I was struggling with my skin and large pores dehydrated skin. My skin is feel plumped and soft and not tight. I definitely will be back! Great product recommendations for what my skin needs.

I’ve visited Emma twice now for vitamin D & B12 injections, both times she has been friendly and welcoming. It’s really nice to be able to walk in and feel like you have known each other for ages because she is so easy to talk to. I also asked about another treatment today and she was able to give me lots of information on not only which treatment go for but also gave me some advice on how best to treat my skin in between visits.

Kate is the first person to ever actually address my skin concerns seriously, rather than just saying "well unfortunately that's the skin you have and you can't do a lot about it." Lydia is practically perfect in every way—hands down the best nail technician I’ve come across in Bristol! She’s not only incredibly talented but also so friendly and welcoming.
