Robyn was extremely knowledgeable about skincare and recommended products that were perfectly suited to my skin. It was exactly what I needed after a hectic week. I had the most amazing treatment with Gina, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gina incredibly professional and reassuring from start to finish. She took the time to properly numb my skin beforehand, which made the treatment so much more comfortable. She always take suva care, and she followed up by giving me additional treatments as part of the session to really maximise the results. I always leave feeling completely looked after throughout. Claudia was great as usual , very warm and empathetic, really listen to client’s needs and gives great after care advice . Ill be moving far next year but i hope to travel back every now and then to have my treatment with Claudia.

I am obsessed with my results😍 I had an amazing facial treatment and my fine lines have disappeared! Also had my laser hair removal on legs, underarms and Hollywood and the team were so welcoming and professional. Veronika did the laser hair removal for me and made me feel so comfortable and at ease - booked in for my next session already- deffo recommend! Can literally come in for all in one - so convenient!🙌🏼

Came in for my second Lumi Eyes session. Michelle is very friendly and a professional, she helped me understand everything I needed to know about my treatment and my concerns. I was very nervous to get injections at first but her hands were very gentle and I couldn't feel anything. I know for sure I'm always going to be coming back for her, she's amazing! ♡

The service was excellent! The clinic is both calm and modern. The aesthetician, Kasia Sulej, was wonderful, during my initial consultation, she explained the treatment thoroughly, set realistic expectations, and tailored the process to my specific skin type. Her knowledge was evident, and she answered all my questions with patience and clarity, which made me feel completely confident in her care!
