I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. The whole experience was actually really enjoyable and relaxing especially knowing the positive impact on my skin. My skin feels wonderful. Actually glowing. I've already booked my next one.

I had the Kobido UP – Japanese Lift & Glow Ritual today and it was an incredibly calming, deeply immersive experience. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterwards. She was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The whole experience felt thoughtful and restorative, and I left feeling deeply relaxed. I had Botox and Profillo treatments with Suki after a consultation about my skin and the look I wanted to achieve. Once she completely the treatments I noticed the difference in a few days! First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx

Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. Treatment include botox, micro needling, vitamin B12 and a chemical peel. Thank you Suki for making me feel so good

I had the Glow Peel Facial & Led and all im going to say is wow it was my second time and it was so amazing my face just has that beautiful glow I felt like i was relaxing in a spa with the steam on my face and the mask on when under the Led it was just so dreamy. Suki is fabulous as always i love all her facials and they make my skin feeling and looking so good. I look forward to getting my treatments done with Suki as we chat and have a little giggle too x I had my Glow Peel facial done just before going on a holiday for my birthday so this was a special treat Thank you Suki love you xxxxx
