I loved it here! Lovely friendly welcoming staff and Shelly knows what she is doing. So gentle and caring - would recommend 100% -a huge asset to Amersham Old Town and I’ll visit often. Beautiful premises too - can’t wait for the Pilates to start at the end of March x

I was so nervous to get any treatment done but as soon as I met Shelly I was at ease! Everything was so clearly explained and nothing over sold, simple advice to help with some of my concerns and thorough guidance on treatment to help with my others. Left the consultation excited for treatment and WOW it’s amazing! It’s subtle changes to the outside world but major “improvements” to me that help reduce my insecurities and boost my confidence! Shelly is amazing! I’ve never had anything like this done before and she gave me total confidence in the procedure. A week later my skin looks great and I think I’ve regained about 5 years already. I went in for a facial as my skin was looking tired and like it needed a boost. I was recommended to have the Cryo Extreme Recharge facial - wow, what a lovely treatment and I found it very relaxing too! My face felt tighter and my skin looked brighter and just fresher looking. Jess worked her magic yet again - I highly recommend this treatment.
