I had such a lovely experience at Aesthetik today for my lash lift. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. Elle was incredible; warm, friendly, and so considerate throughout the whole process. There was no upselling, just genuine care and attention to making sure I felt safe and comfortable. I asked about facials and was blown away by her knowledge and the range of tools she uses. I’ve already booked in for a facial next week. I’ve been raving about the experience to as many people as I can in the last five hours. It was just incredible! Highly recommend!

Was happy with my laser service today. Efficient, friendly and painless. It was hot outside however the room was perfect temperature and smelt fresh and clean. Always happy with the customer service at New Look Laser in Altona . Thanks

I've been many times to Altona and have had different treatments. Extremely happy with the results and professionalism from all my treatments. The ladies are nice and friendly. Highly recommend New Look Laser Altona. No pain laser is definitely spot on. Fat freeze gives you amazing first time results and the bio micro blading is on a league on its own amongst their other treatments.

Elle is the absolute best!! She lifted my lashes so beautifully (after 2 other salons had failed previously) and created such a relaxing atmosphere. Elle is professional + so sweet and lovely to be around - I would never think of going anywhere else 🩷
