As a man, I initially had some apprehensions, but Joan made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her expertise and skill were evident in the exceptional results. Joan used high quality products that left my skin looking vibrant and refreshed. Not only was her work outstanding, but the overall environment was warm and inviting, with relaxing music that added to the soothing atmosphere.
