Virginia has a lovely bedside manner and explained things every step of the way as my eyes were covered. So no sudden surprises. I was a little nervous about the laser heat but it was a very comfortable experience, with the cooling gel and attachment. I have already recommended the treatment to others.

Incredible service and atmosphere! I have complex skin issues after perimenopause kicked my butt. Belinda made me feel completely at easy and reassured. She diagnosed my skin and adapted my treatment to suit exactly what I needed! She explained every step of my treatment to help build my understanding of my skin & is honest about expectations and needs. She didn’t try to ram products at me, but offered simple option for ways I could help myself at home (a priority if you want to make the most of a skin service imo). It was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had when getting a facial treatment!
