Yet again a lovely experience. The receptionists/managers always offer a warm welcome and a beverage. Thank you Oretha for your gentleness as well as sociability! It was such a good atmosphere being amongst many of the nail techs and having a laugh with them. Oretha gave great advice on my nail health going forward. She was attentive and gentle, yet when it came to the hand massage - AMAZING! Cannot recommend this salon enough. Currently not too busy due to them still being relatively new to the block.

It’s a beautiful place. I like my nail tech’s calm personality. I appreciate that you are on Fresha, it makes bookings so simple and easy because I often had to wait for a salon to confirm booking. I do think you can offer complementary tea/coffee/bubbly/water with mint/lemon like similar priced salons in the neighbourhood. Thanks for having me Carmen
