Amazing professional friendly staff with skills I have yet to come across else where which is why I never go anywhere else!!!. Attention to detail is one of many reasons I always recommend the services here to family and friends. I love how comfortable I'm made to feel when i have bookings!. It's taken me a long time to find a consistent quality nail salon and this it! The attention to detail, intimate setting and great customer service is second to none here in Auckland. Also try the deluxe treatment which incorporates wax dipping for with hands and feet to lock in and moisturizerize ( I havnt found this anywhere else ) . Highly recommend.

The ladies at Flutter are all very professional @ all do a brilliant job whether its lashes, nails or eyebrows …. I have my nails done all the time and they are 100% the best!!! Ive just started to get my lashes done here & again they are the best! They’re meticulous, gentle and thorough & make you feel beautiful every time u leave their salon. Love the atmosphere here too its so calming and relaxing. I totally recommend Flutter to anyone who wants to pamper themselves 💗

Selina hand painted stunning flowers on a pink glitter base which look stunning almost like they are floating. The matt pink on the rest of the nails is beautiful and I know that they will last for weeks.

Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

It’s was a great experience, Lynn gave me lots of professional advice and clearly outlined how the hairstyle was going to be like. We had a lovely conversation and the atmosphere of the salon was comforting and heartwarming. I am very satisfied with my haircut.
