Natalia is great! My nails always look brilliant and it's the first time I've ever had gel nails that don't snap off! Love this salon, always a lovely chilled atmosphere here.

I got BIAB nails done by Alina and she was incredibly professional from start to finish. She paid great attention to detail, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and really took her time to get everything perfect. My nails have never looked better — the shape, finish, and durability are amazing. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Alina to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality nails.

Ladies anyone who is nervous or embarrassed or just plain scared to go and get your hoohaw waxed. Do it! It'll hurt like a smack of an elastic band but honest to God, Pauline & all the girls in Cloud 9 will have you laughing & chatting through it all, you won't even notice! Professional, sanitary, affordable and honestly A TONIC. Treat yourself, you bloody deserve it xx. It never ceases to amaze me how great I feel leaving this salon, whether it's for the OUCH! or nails or make up. Do it. You'll be delighted.
