Great experience. Sarah is a lovely lady, kind and gentle (which is great for someone like me with arthritis in my hands). A good listener, had to be in my case LOL. Makes a great cup of coffee and has made my badly damaged nails look like they belong to a human again. Thank you.

Flo is refreshing young lady who truly understands customer service with the added value of her special self.. she has warmth, is engaging, is 100% professional, immaculate, very caring, conscientious, calm, personable, & a delight. Perfect. She had the task of making my dreadful nails and hands to look fab. And boy she did. My nails & hands looked beautiful on completion & l felt I'd had a spa. Highly recommended.
