Finally said goodbye to my BIAB nails today Big thanks to Nicole for being so sweet and making the whole removal process feel like a mini pamper session! My hair was cut promptly and the proprietor made me a hot drink. My nails were done by a new member of staff. She did a good job but was a little nervous and took longer than I expected. Her next client was waiting for quite a while which made me feel rushed. Going forward I think she needs to make her appointment times longer until she becomes more confident
