Beautiful salon, always smells amazing. very professional and knowledgeable . Gives good advice and never feel rushed. Huge selection of different colors. Long lasting and look fantastic. I often get comments how good my nails look. Good prices. Definitely recommend.

My previous nail set lasted 6 weeks and still looked great bar the regrowth. Megan is a delight and a true maestro in this field. Her care and attention to detail is fantastic. Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

My daughter had her nails done with Lily, safe to say she is super happy with them today . She does have the tiniest nails naturally so I very reserved about her having the length she had but girls will be girls - they look absolutely beautiful, thank u so much Lily x great job 👏

Emily is amazing! I used to really struggle with acrylics and the short amount of time they would last on my nails for. Emily now does my Biab which lasts 4 weeks+ and still look amazing! The salon is beautiful and i love having a chat with Emily - I always look forward to my appointments ☺️

Salon was beautiful, very clean and smelt like a spa. Megan is wonderful - very warm and chatty and the time passed so quickly. My nails are absolutely perfect, she spent lots of time prepping them and I am confident they will be long lasting. I’ve booked again for 3 weeks time! Thank you!
