I had such a lovely time getting my nails done. The place was elegant and very comfortable. I was offered hot tea and water multiple times. Tamires did my manicure and pedicure and she was absolutely lovely. So sweet and a job well done.

I've been living in Kingston for 6 years now, and this appointment was the best experience ever. Its so difficult to find a salon. The staff are amazingly nice and professional. They really know what they are doing! Keep it on!

Everyone at the salon is so personable and warm and I always leave with the result I envisioned in my head. I won't be going to any other salon in Kingston anymore; no one has been able to match the service here. Thank you for such a great experience!

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

I had a great experience at Beauty in the East. Very friendly staff and good prices. They offer many services such as botox, fillers, eye lashes and nails. It's a one stop service experience! I would highly recommend Beauty in the East!

Colleen did a fabulous job with my son and even tried to match the hairstyle he had previously!

Excellent results, listening exactly to the clients wishes/expectations

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience at The Refinery! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tamires, and she gave me the most beautiful results. As someone who is highly indecisive when it comes to my nails, she patiently helped guide me to the perfect colour and nail shape. Tamires is also incredibly kind, and a treat to chat with! I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!

I had a fantastic experience at Blunt! Marie was incredible and extremely friendly, we had a lovely conversation and she gave fantastic tips on how to care for my hair (not to mention an amazing haircut). Everyone working was absolutely lovely, and I can't wait to come back soon!
