The best hairdresser in Mackay. I have always struggled with my hair because not a lot of people know how to treat curly hair. My hair feels amazing thank you so much. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. All the staff are lovely best experience I have ever had.

Had my first appointment with Niqui today after getting a terrible set of BIAB nails done. I really wish there was a regulatory body in the beautiful industry where you can complain about terrible nail techs. Anyway Niqui created a beautiful fresh set of acyrlic classic french tip today for me, and she had a lot of work to fix up the ridiculous nails that were so poorly done. Niqui I cannot thank you enough for the stunning set, the great conversation, for being warm and welcoming!! I will def be back for my next set! Thank you so much. Ladies I cannot recommend Niqui enough!

I trust Emily completely to do a great job & protect my natural nails. As a lifetime nail biter I was embarrassed to bring her my chewed, damaged & traumatised nails but she embraced the challenge. With consistent appointments & Emily's TLC I've donned beautful acrylics & even better ..... my own natural nails are the longest, strongest & healthiest they have ever been. She has taught me loads about my nails & managing my urge to bite. Im so grateful for Emily's attention to detail, getting to knowing me & my nails to achieve what i truly never thought possible. 💛🌻✨️

Avaia Hair is my happy place. All the ladies here are lovely. My hair feels so soft and looks amazing after each visit. Overall, I’d say there is no salon in Mackay that comes close.
