I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! I came to her after bad high-street experiences, specifically looking for an IBX treatment. She is a true expert who applies actual science to nail care. She didn't push gels on me; instead, she did a proper assessment and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive cuticles. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to talk to. My nails have never felt in better hands!

I had such an amazing experience at USA Nail & Beauty Studio! I got BIAB done and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. The attention to detail was incredible. The staff were so friendly and professional, and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. I’ve had my nails done at many places before, but this was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend USA Nail & Beauty Studio to anyone looking for high-quality BIAB nails — I’ll definitely be coming back :)

Anna made me feel so welcome and helped me pick the design for my nails, not rushing my when I didn’t know what I wanted. She took so much care and attention to detail in my nail prep and I think these are my favourite nails yet! I cannot wait to come back to Anna Rae Beauty for my next set!

Claire, you are amazing, I love getting my facial and one of the things I love most is you will be honest if you feel a treatment would not benefit you, such a warm and caring person Benni, you are the first technician that managed to stop my nails breaking, just what I asked for and I can honestly say my nails have never looked better, oh and you are great at my pedicure, my feet feel like sponges when you are finished, add in the free massage chair while this procedure is going on, heaven just visits me All of the technicians have a superb customer care focus. I recently visited the salon for a nail appointment and cannot recommend Gill highly enough. I have been a loyal client for over ten years, and without fail, I leave each appointment with a flawless new set of gel nails. Gill is consistently punctual, impeccably organised, and maintains a workspace that is both clean and inviting. She is one of the kindest and most professional individuals you could hope to meet - warm, friendly, and exceptionally skilled. I truly cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Another lovely visit to PK. Charlene did a beautiful job of my nails. The nail extensions are always so sleek and slim you would never know they were extensions. The nail techs here are top level. There is always a genuinely warm welcome in this salon. If you have never used this salon before, please don't hesitate to book in, you will quickly become a regular. All of the staff are so friendly, all the treatments are amazing and well priced for the high quality of products and services. Thanks again ladies. Have a wonderful Christmas 🎄 x

Been going to see Anna for a few months now. My nails are always fabulous, and we have a great chat. She is great with nail art, always happy with my designs.

Emma is amazing! Such a wonderful, knowledgable nail technician and person. I hurt my nail quite badly and she knew exactly what to do to help it heal and was able to advise and put me at ease, alongside giving me a beautiful manicure! Absolute superstar!

Booked a Spa Pedicure for my mum having loved it myself. Mum was so delighted she immediately got her nails done too. I’m sure she will be back again & I definitely will too

I had a fantastic experience at PK nail beauty salon! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My nail tech (Mahsa) paid close attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The salon itself was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing vibe.
