M, the practitioner very professional in his approach , listens to your concerns and suggests the best treatments going forward ,makes you feel at ease and gives you the confidence to continue with his treatments . Very pleased with results ,with a mature skin you have to expect that you are on a journey ,1 treatment does not fix all concerns.

Charlotte was very informative which made me feel very at ease. I had my first microneedling facial I was a bit nervous as I was worried it would be painful Charlotte assured me it wouldn’t be painful. I had numbing cream and I didn’t feel a thing I will definitely be back and decided to have a course of 6 for maximum benefits. I highly recommend and looking forward to seeing my results my skin is glowing. Thank you Charlotte

David was so professional and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, and I felt completely comfortable and in safe hands the entire time. You can tell there’s real attention to detail and care in his work. The results speak for themselves—my skin looks so much smoother and more radiant after the microneedling, and my lashes and brows have never looked better. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about having these treatments done. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the best results for you, you won’t be disappointed.

I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my aesthetic treatments. Muhid is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he genuinely cares about his clients. I always feel completely safe and comfortable with him, and he takes the time to listen, explain everything and make sure I’m happy. He never makes me feel pressured and always gives honest, reassuring advice. My results are always amazing and, most importantly, natural. I leave feeling confident and so happy with the results. Abbey always welcomes me with a kind smile, and i never feel rushed whilst there. She preps and cleans the area spotlessly. Abbey would ask how i’m feeling and what i would like to achieve with my treatment. Shes a good listener and will always give an honest answer if i ask a question. Another fabulous experience at Haus of DRA today! I attended as a model for skin boosters and polynucleotides, with lovely Emma training under David’s expert guidance. David also carried out some of my treatment himself whilst guiding Emma throughout. His knowledge, skill and professionalism are exceptional and I always feel completely confident in his hands. For anything skin related, David really is the best! Emma was gentle, professional and lovely too. I felt so well looked after by them both.
