I had a bit of an issue with my appointment but it was all sorted out quickly with a complimentary treatment. I had a different stylist in the end but I loved the outcome. Trish was super friendly, super precise with my hair cut. I really loved that about her, she ensured no stray hair was left poking out and my ends were evenly cut. I would definitely recommend Trish to anyone who needs a new style. I also love that they offer refreshments because I really needed a cup of tea and it really finished the experience.

I honestly love going to Danielle for treatments, she’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve seen such a big difference in my skin and I walk out feeling brand new. Danielle is so lovely and friendly, it’s honestly like going to speak with a friend she makes you feel so comfortable. It’s a treatment and therapy session all in one 🫶🏼

Had a lovely, relaxing, Radio Frequency Treatment with Gemma today. Since starting my skin journey with Gemma my skin is looking healthier, softer and a lot more youthful. These treatments are fabulous and very advanced. They treat the skin deep within, no just the top layer. I've learnt that when you take care of your skin it really does show.

I can't recommend Danielle enough! Her facials are the best! She takes the time to understand my skin and always explains what she is doing , each treatment is personalized to my skin. The whole experience is so relaxing from start to finish 💆 Danielle is so lovely and makes you feel comfortable.. It was my first time visiting this salon and honestly what an absolute pleasure!! Very relaxed, gorgeous atmosphere! Everyone was really friendly, the place is the exact vibes you want! Summa was gorgeous, so friendly and chatty!! Also as a side note my hair is gorgeous! Definitely get the Glass treatment!

5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

Another fantastic treatment on Sunday. I had the multi facial which includes: Cleanse + Microdermabrasion + jet plasma + biorepeel + red light therapy + vitamin c serum. And my skin feels amazing... after a couple of days and following the aftercare instructions from Rachel.

I've been coming to Rachel for around 6 years now and tried a range of her beauty treatments. At the moment im addicted to her facials. Rachel's knowledge is unmatched and her customer service cannot be beat. She is honestly the most beautiful person inside and out and im sure all of her clients would agree. I always come out feeling relaxed refreshed and absolutely amazed by my results especially the Green sea peel just WOW. Even though I live in Cardiff the commute is definitely worth her treatments, knowledge and not to mention her prices cannot be beat.

I’ve now had two plasma treatments and I can already see such a difference – it’s definitely working! My skin is looking and feeling so much better already. Rachel who does the treatments is absolutely lovely, makes you feel so comfortable, and is really welcoming from the moment you walk in. She explains everything clearly and puts you at ease. I’m so happy with my results so far and can’t wait to see the final outcome. Highly recommend 💛

I had a facial from Jess which was amazing and so relaxing my skin feels amazing! And also my first time getting anti wrinkle with Gemma, was a bit nervous but she was fab. Talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. Felt in very safe hands, excited to see the results ❤️
