I loved my treatment with Elena, she is professional and warm at the same time. She is attentive throughout the treatment with one's comfort and on how one is responding to the therapy. I highly recommend Elena for a holistic massage. Looking forward to my follow up.

I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

I had such a lovely experience at Haven by Claud. Claudia really focused on my back, which was the area giving me the most trouble, and I could feel such a difference afterward. The whole treatment was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. The space felt calm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed and completely at ease. Highly recommend! Five stars 💫
