Had my first deep tissue massage with Max today! He was welcoming and put me at ease straight away! The massage pressure was perfect and the atmosphere was lovely!

Jayne is absolutely wonderful I love my massages I always feel much better. I have a health condition that makes my muscles tight and Jayne’s treatments are so important to my well being. Only wish I could have one everyday! :)

Jayne is continuing to help me recover from long term training injuries and fixing my poor posture. My latest visit has got me back on track after a week of sunbed and airplane seat stiffness. Jayne’s input into my regular training schedules has improved the health of my back and shoulders after years of constant pain.
