I booked a sports massage with James after seeing the excellent reviews online, and I’m really glad I did. I train regularly at a local gym and also have a desk-based job, so stiffness is inevitable. James was very welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and delivered an excellent sports massage. It’s fantastic to have such a superb business like UK Physiotherapy right here in Wadebridge. I’ll definitely be returning to see James when I need another sports massage.

Always have a great sports massage with James! He knows how to work weaknesses and provides really great advice for stretching and working out muscles afterwards. I go about once a month. Highly recommend.

I went to see James four months ago for help and advice on how I could improve the movement in my left leg following an accident two years earlier. He was so encouraging and assured me that if I stuck to the exercise routine he suggested my movement would improve. The movement I have regained in my leg in the last four months has greatly improved my fitness and confidence and I returned to see James again to show him the amazing improvement in my strength and movement. I now have further exercises to help me regain even more movement and I left feeling very confident and happy. 🙏 James.

I initially came to James with a calf tear just two weeks before a Hyrox competition, worried that I might have to pull out. From the start, James understood how important competing was to me. He was incredibly thorough in both his assessment and treatment, clearly explaining what needed to be done. I followed his advice exactly and was able to compete pain-free. Since then, I’ve returned to James, and he’s provided me with a solid rehab plan to strengthen my calf and prevent future injuries. I’d highly recommend James to anyone looking for expert, supportive care.
