I initially came to James with a calf tear just two weeks before a Hyrox competition, worried that I might have to pull out. From the start, James understood how important competing was to me. He was incredibly thorough in both his assessment and treatment, clearly explaining what needed to be done. I followed his advice exactly and was able to compete pain-free. Since then, I’ve returned to James, and he’s provided me with a solid rehab plan to strengthen my calf and prevent future injuries. I’d highly recommend James to anyone looking for expert, supportive care.

One of the most relaxing massages of my life! Lily is fantastic, she cultivates the most calming atmosphere for the massage and her hands are just magic. The Neils Yard products she uses are wonderful. Cannot recommend her enough!

Full body massage. Excellent relaxing experience in every respect. Lili was especially patient and kind. The treatment I received was successful in reducing the extreme pain from a torn ham string sustained a few weeks ago. I have booked a future appointment as a follow up. Thank you.
