Lisa and Jasmine were very good. Very professional. This is my second massage ever, so I can't compare to others and we had the couples package for 60 mins. They arrived slightly early to set up and then after a quick discussion on which fragrance, they got to work. They quickly figured out what pressure to apply and how to woman-handle my inflexible arms and legs abused by many weeks of cycling. I certainly felt calm, relaxed and massaged. They found many stiff joints and tight muscles. It did not feel rushed and we had value for money. Will use again for sure.

Rachel is the most amazing masseuse. Honestly I’ve had many many in my life and this was the most considered and therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. She identified issues I hadn’t even mentioned by touch alone and I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and taller! Highly recommend.

My husband and I got a couples massage at our home; we’ve used their services before, but we decided after today’s experience that we will only go to Urban Calm from here on out for our massages. Such a wonderful experience! Both my body and mind felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Cindy and Fawza were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the session. In addition to the massage, we also enjoyed access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room — which made the visit even more special. To top it all off, we were served hot tea by the pool after our treatment. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa day.

Very professional massage. The masseuse is excellent and has wonderful technique. Especially good for sore muscles after exercise. Removal of hard gel very quick and painless. First time for a Japanese manicure and I highly recommend the technician. Well done to all involved in this salon. Very lucky to have this in the building I live in.
