I can't recommend Toni highly enough. She always does an amazing job and takes great care to make sure I'm happy with the results. She's incredibly accommodating and always tries her best to fit me in, which I really appreciate. She's lovely, friendly, and makes every appointment a pleasure. Professional, talented, and genuinely caring – I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The massage completely transformed how my body felt, especially in my lower back and hamstrings in just one session, I felt an incredible difference. Josh was not only skilled but really took the time to assess the areas that needed attention. The pressure was perfect, firm enough to work through the knots. The pain I’d been dealing with for so long started to dissipate almost immediately, and I left the session feeling lighter and more flexible. But it wasn’t just the back that benefited, my hamstrings, which were also tight, finally felt loose and relaxed. A truly restorative massage

Another great sports massage by Josh, while also trying dry cupping. Really achy and sore quads and hamstrings following Hyrox race and Josh recommended the relevant treatment which was completed professionally and friendly. I feel so much better for it.
