Yolanda has always been good for me. I have Fibromyalgia and not everyone can massage me due to my pressure points and most people don't know what it is. She is very knowledgeable and her techniques are so good. She is always up skilling herself and introducing new massage treatments. She renewed my faith in hot stone massages and her lymph massages are good too. Try her out you won't be disappointed. Her costs are affordable and she is an amazing person.

Marilda always gives the most amazing massages! My work is really tough on my back, and she doesn’t just help me relax, she actually relieves that deep tension and pain. She’s so professional, makes you feel completely comfortable, and I always leave feeling refreshed and so much better. Highly recommend her!

Lindsay has such a calming presence that instantly puts you in a relaxed mood, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The facial itself was absolutely amazing! I could feel the difference immediately. What I appreciate most about Lindsay is not just her skills but that she is passionate about what she does and she is genuinely caring and warm.

May 2026 - Yolande's helped me prepare for the AWPC Nationals. I won my category and bettered all records. January 2026 - Yolande has upped her game even more: new beautiful air-conditioned room in Protea Road and an advanced deep tissue massage course. She's just finished finding every knot in my back & shoulders, just what one needs after a few weeks of heavy gym 🏋️‍♂️ and PC 🖥 work - and excellent massage! Ideal for ladies too plus there are other nail 💅 and hair 😍 services on the same property. PS - my wife still loves ❤️ this spot.

As always the back and neck/sports massage was both relaxing and soothing to the saw muscles. Nandi is fantastic at adjusting the level of intensity according to instruction. Have been a client of Ulandi and Bella Essenza for many years which is testament to how well they do things as I can be a difficult customer when I dont get my way. Strongly recommended.

I had a sports massage. If you’re dealing with muscle tension, gym soreness, or just need a proper reset, I can’t recommend this enough. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had
