I had a foot massage and a back,neck and shoulder massage. Hana was amazing!! My neck and shoulder muscles really needed a good massage, and Hana was just amazing. I came away feeling sooo relaxed. First time in months, my neck isn't stiff. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back 😊

Amazing service as usual, highly recommend😊 I am a regular now and always get my waxing done with Reet as she makes you feel so comfortable during the process, but this was my first time experiencing a massage session and I have to say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling so relaxed and content. I will definitely be booking more sessions in the future!

Hana was great. Her approach to the aromatherapy massage was gentle and relaxing as advertised. The pressure was consistent all throughout.

I booked in for a pregnancy massage due to sore back and legs and my gosh the pain melted away!! I really felt so relaxed and well looked after came out feel like a million bucks!! I didn’t realize how much tension was in my legs!! Thank you sooo much I will be booking in again soon for another massage! Best massage place in papakura in my opinion!! And the ginger tea after was just absolutely beautiful!

PERFECT EXPERIENCE 👌 I highly recommend having the 2hr Body scrub & Aroma oil massage. Hana was my therapist today. Throughout the process Hana regularly check in to see if the pressure was right, which is important to me. It was perfect. I went into in a deep sleep well before the massage ended. I went in with so much aches & pain. 7hrs later im still relaxed with no pain whatsoever. Thank you for the wonderful service. I will be back

100% recommend. Friendly service. Spotless facilities. Acute awareness. Purchased the 1hr Hilot service without the cupping at the Papakura branch on a Sunday. Full body massage literally from head to toe. Impressed with their attention to detail. Was able to recognize my sore points without being told and work on it. Pressure was on point for me but I felt they could easily ramp it up, if you prefer, as they're very experienced. Capped it off with a beautiful hot ginger tea 👌🏼

Me and my partner Greyson got the couples massage for 90min and It was amazing I feel asleep once again. Greyson doesn’t like other people touching him but I didn’t catch the therapist name but she done an awesome job. Thankyou so much he enjoyed his first time and he will defs be coming back🫶🏾 He said his body was so relaxed after a stressful week of work and training. Thankyou Ladies for an awesome relaxing experience. Will see yous again :)

Cathy was seriously amazing in her service. She got 5 star among everyone for a reason. Bamboo spa papakura was expensive among all other spas but was good.

I booked a couples massage as a gift to my elderly parents for their 52nd Wedding Anniversary. My parents would like to thank all the staff @ Panwa for being so kind, attentive & awesome. Both my parents said they fell asleep it was so serene & relaxing & exactly what they needed. Even afterwards they felt so relaxed, peaceful & renewed & claimed that their massage therapists knew exactly the pressure & techniques for them to feel their aches & pains melt away.Thank you kindly to all the staff @ Panwa

My first time walking into Panwa. I was warmly greeted. The environment is so calm and relaxing. I was well looked after by Tina, I opted for the Deep Tissue Massage and it was amazing! I walked out feeling light, stressed relieved and super relaxed. I will definitely be back again! Thank you Tina and Panwa Massage team 😊
