Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina is so knowledgeable about the styles she uses and I felt safe, nourished and entirely at ease. The Relaxing Remedy is the best of both worlds with the perfect back massage and amazing facial and head massage. Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

Elliot quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do that have alleviated almost all of my pain. He explained everything to me in detail, down to the videos that he sent me so that I can remind myself how the exercises are to be properly completed. I highly recommend Elliot.

My second massage with Erik. I have a rare spinal disorder and Erik has really taken the time to understand the challenges associated with it, and also how best to adapt the massage for my particular limitations. I have been sufferering with a very stiff neck and shoulders and a trapped nerve, and I feel significant relief after my massage…which is incredible after days of pain. Thank you Erik!!

It’s not a quick fix getting back on the road to recovery .Sometimes you don’t think you are improving. Until you see the film clips . Elliott makes sure you do your rehab correctly . Simple little things getting your weight into a different position or structure of your body. Fully recommend a group of visits to him

Erik was very informative before, during and after the appointment. He made sure i was at ease before beggining and talked to me during the massage so I knew why certain stretches were needed or why specific spots were targeted. I would recommend Erik's service to anyone with back issues.

Excellent Japanese foot spa with Hilde, it was so relaxing and my feet feel great after. I added the extra 15 mins to get the lower leg massage which was great, I would definitely recommend it.

Hutch , technical ability is great he understands how to reduce the problem from where the pain started. Explains why I had a problem in the first place and as long as I followed the instructions doing my work out every day. Over a period of time it will improve.
