I just had the loveliest day at Cloisters spa: I had received a voucher for a 'Serene escape' and was treated with a great massage, and lovely service all around. 10/10!

Amazing! My husband had a deep tissue full body massage which he said was just what he needed. I had the facial & neck, back & shoulder massage it was out of this world! Definitely recommend . The young lady who did the treatments was lovely, very friendly & explained everything throughly . Thank you we’ll return next year again for our wedding anniversary x

I absolutely adore Cloisters. The whole experience is just wonderful, from the warm welcome at Reception, to the relaxing Lounge area. The pool is beautiful- lovely and warm with coloured lights, and a jacuzzi with 4 treatment rooms, including a Salt Room, which you don't see very often. I had an amazing massage with Jaimie and she was very thorough. I found her to be warm, professional and informative. Can't wait to return!

Both staff were efficient, albeit lacking warmth. (Being Irish, we're used to a little friendly banter with therapists) Manicure was done expertly with a good colour. Hot stone massage was excellent

Sarah was very warm and welcoming. Sarah is very knowledgeable and ensured she knew where my problem areas were before she began. I had a lovely relaxing massage.

After a nasty fall at the weekend Joanne worked wonders on me with a full body massage and relaxing facial….. What accident! 😉

Yesterday was my first visit to Joanne for a pedicure and gel polish prior to a holiday. My toes now look lovely! I really enjoyed my appointment with Joanne and intend to return to try out more of her treatments (massage etc)

The Spa was nice. The neck, shoulder, back massage was lovely! We had lunch at the Fat Abbot, also very nice! Just a shame you need to change clothes half way through spa experience to have a place to eat. But overall, a thoroughly enjoyable day.

We enjoyed the facilities as always. I felt that the massage was not quite up to the standard that I have received before and was short in time too. The foot treatment was excellent.

Had a fantastic day at the spa. Me and my mum did the mother and daughter experience and we had a wonderful day. Food was excellent and the treatments from Beth and Katie were fantastic! We had the massage and facial which were both really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this spa. And we will definitely return again!
