I can't recommend Elise highly enough! She is incredibly talented, welcoming, and friendly, and always makes every appointment such an enjoyable experience. Her studio is beautiful, stylish, and so relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. I'm always thrilled with my nails and wouldn't trust anyone else with them now. I had a wonderful time at the Lane Retreat. Stacey was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first appointment with Elise. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism. I was greeted with a warm smile, smart appearance and friendly attitude. The salon atmosphere is welcoming, calming and thoughtfully planned out. I will certainly be a regular customer and have already started recommending her to my friends.

Hayley is always lovely and her massages are exceptional. She provides relaxing massages whilst also removing any knots and tired muscles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have tried lots of places prior to finding Hayley!

The consultation was incredibly thorough, and Jess took the time to understand my needs and target the problem areas. I could really feel the muscle tightness being worked through, and by the end, I felt so much more relaxed

Very nice place! The girls are so friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The centre itself is lovely, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The floating experience was exceptional – I reached a level of deep relaxation that I haven’t felt in a long time. I left feeling completely refreshed, both mentally and physically. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

First time experiencing the Japanese headspa treatment today, wow, what can I say? Hayley has a true passion and obvious talent for creating special, relaxing treatments in this amazing space. She is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and put me at ease straight away. The setting was so tranquil, calm and relax-encouraging that i could have sat (or lay ) there in heaven for the whole day - a real retreat away from the business of everyday stresses and strains. The treatment was beneficial for my scalp and hair as well as for my mind and emotional wellbeing. Thank you Hayley,
