I can’t recommend Sally enough. She creates such a welcoming and calming environment to relax and recharge. My Reiki sessions have been wonderful, as was my facial massage. I’ll definitely be returning again soon 😊

I highly recommend ' The Chrysalis Experience ' signature session. The trio of Acusound , Reiki & Massage is very calming & relaxing , in such a tranquil setting. Sally is a very knowledgeable professional with a calm , welcoming demeanour. I'll be making another appointment soon.

Lauren is very welcoming and her studio was lovely and cool! She asks you your preferences. and spends a lot of time ensuring you are happy with the shape and length of your nails and she has a multitude of colours to choose from. I am very pleased with my nails and I can recommend a pedicure. The massage and refreshing lotions were very welcome in this heat.

Another amazing session with Sally. Sound fork healing followed by reiki. It was such a relaxing experience. Sally is amazing at what she does. She has really taken the time to get to know me and always listens to all I have to say (I've always got lots to tell her !) She knows exactly how to work with my energetic body and is able to heighten my spiritual senses, which I absolutely love 😍
