I have had massages before but not a sports massage, I had a rotator cuff surgery in 2024 and thought I would give it a try, I must say it was brilliant I feel so must better, and Kate was amazing really lovely person who made me feel very relaxed. Thank you

Katy made me feel very comfortable straightaway. Possibly the best sports massage that i have ever had. She really got in to all the deep tissues and knots whilst explaining what she was doing. i will be returning and will definitely recommend Katy to all my friends. Thank you so much
