I was recommended Laura by a friend and having never had reflexology before I wasn't sure what to expect, we discussed what issues were causing me the most problems and Laura worked on those specific areas, I came away feeling relaxed and look forward to having another session soon.

I'm sleeping so much better since I've been having reflexology with Laura. I can feel all of the tension leaving my body, and a peace coming to my mind. I really look forward to every session. Laura has been a key part In me embracing the importance of self care, something which we so easily forget. I'm forever grateful.
