Very good. Sam took a lot of trouble to listen to my symptoms and medical history before making a diagnosis. The massage and acupuncture definitely helped, though more will be required for fuller release from pain.

Lauren gives a very good sports massage. She finds all the sore points and works through them. A lot of masseuses can’t press hard enough, but that is not an issue with Lauren. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit and I was treated by Ashley. Ashley was very attentive, knowledgeable and explained what my problem was and then set about sorting me out.
