I honestly can’t recommend Louise at The Iconic Clinic enough! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I can get an appointment when I need one. I have my waxing, lash lift & tint and eyebrow wax & tint done with her and I’m always so happy with the results! Louise makes me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout every appointment, and we always have such a good chat! She’s so lovely, professional and genuinely makes every visit a pleasure. Wow! What an amazing osteopath. I came in with an ultra stiff neck and shoulders, causing me a lot of discomfort and restricted my general head movements. Lowri assessed me carefully and everything she did was thoroughly explained to me. Her knowledge and professionalism are superb. I was apprehensive about going today, but so glad I did. I would recommend Lowri 100%. Absolutely amazing.

Had massage and deep tissue therapy in the past, nothing compared to the session I had today. Pretty much got rid of lots of nagging pain and tightness in and around my back. Was advised on how to take care of it and to adjust a few things to help. This is probably the best and most successful wellness session I have had in years. Thank you.

From the moment I arrived, Celene showed a high level of professionalism and genuine kindness that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand the specific areas I was struggling with and tailored the treatment accordingly. The massage itself was thorough and effective—targeting tight spots I didn’t even realise were contributing to the discomfort.
