Fantastic back exfoliation and body massage. Emma is very professional and makes you comfortable and relaxed.Really helps with my fybromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I have already booked in for more treatments.

Rachel saved my marathon dream! After considerable training for my first marathon I managed to pull a muscle 3 weeks before the run date. I was struggling to walk and felt my hip, shoulder and knee were all out of line. Running was really uncomfortable. Rachel advised the theraplate and it did wonders! I had 5 sessions in all and was so happy to complete the marathon as planned and in the time I wanted. Thanks Rachel for saving my dream… but I’m not doing another marathon 😂😂😂

The skinstorm facial was great and my skin feels glowing and alive. The neck and hand/arm massaged was very relaxing too. I would recommend trying a skinstorm facial where you experience six different processes.
