Had an amazing facial!!!! I recently had the Platinum Facial at KV Beauty, and it was nothing short of amazing! The facial itself felt luxurious — my skin was gently cleansed, exfoliated, and nourished with premium products that left it glowing and hydrated. I could literally feel the tension melt away during the treatment, and the finishing massage was pure bliss!! My skin looks brighter, smoother and youthful. I’ve been for a few trigger point massages now, and they never disappoint. The knots and tension I didn’t even know I had just melt away every time. The pressure is firm but never too much, and I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely refreshed. It’s one of the few things that truly helps with my stubborn tightness. I can’t recommend it enough—this is hands down the best way to reset after a tough week!

I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

Had a lovely pedicure, Lauren got all my dead skin off after they were peeling from being away. Picked the blue colour Silly Billy and love the colour it has a pearl effect to it. Lauren gives a lovely firm foot massage I had one while away but it was nothing like the massage Lauren does.
