Ryan was amazing at explaining reasons for my injury , did an amazing massage which reduced my pain and I left with a great understanding of how to manage it and a plan to get me back to running . I’d highly recommend .

Rach always does an amazing set of lashes . When I first started going my lashes were not in good shape.. now they are getting better and better. Always tailors lashes to individual people and gives advice on what my own lashes can handle. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I highly recommend this massage therapist. I went in with significant neck and back pain and left feeling a huge amount of relief. Throughout the session, everything was explained clearly, including what muscles were causing the pain and why I was experiencing certain symptoms. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful, making me feel comfortable the entire time. The treatment was tailored to my needs, and I could feel a noticeable improvement straight away. Excellent service, great communication, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you!

Ryan was great. I am so pleased l booked an appointment with him. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and really addressed the cause of the problem. He took his time to allow me to video exercises that would be beneficial for me too. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic as always, I injured my back from squatting. Ryan remedied the discomfort, gave me exercises to warm the area appropriately and tips and suggestions for my technique to avoid doing it again and on how to strengthen my positioning.
