Miroslava is a very knowledgeable professional and friendly massage therapist. She did a Sports Massage and incorporated some cupping for my shoulder, which has made a huge difference to my mobility. I teach fitness so have had a lot of sports massages in the past and this is by far the best. I would 100% recommend Miroslava.

Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have experienced both reiki and Indian head massage on two occasions now, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. Deep tissue massage 🫶 Marc met me with a smiling face, and walked me to the Zen Den ❤️ Candles lit, soft music in the background and the room was lovely and warm. Marc went through what I wanted to achieve from the massage, and then he started. Oh my tight aching muscles in my back and neck just melting away. Marc found all the knotty areas and worked hard on these. I left feeling a new woman. Professional, friendly and caring, I can't recommend Marc enough. He takes great pride in his work. I have already booked another massage ♥️

I truly feel absolutely amazing after one of Lynsey's massages. I had the top to toe treatment which includes Massage, Facial and Reflexology. Massage was really lovely and relaxing I've never had a facial and I was pleasantly surprised at what was involved. My face feels soft, refreshed and looks glowing. Reflexology was so relaxing and I honestly could have fallen asleep. All in all a wonderful treatment and I most definitely highly recommend Lynsey Thank you

I visited Chrysalis healing today, for my usual Indian head massage, followed by reiki. It is always so uplifting seeing Sally. She is so supportive and encourages me on my path. I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊

I went to see Miroslava at her new clinic after a recommendation from my girlfriend. I never really get massages but I had been experiencing some lower back pain due to work. Miroslava discussed what kind of pressure and what areas needed focussing on, and throughout the massage she kept double checking the pressure was suitable. She was also super knowledgeable regarding how posture and pressure impacts your entire body. It was a very intense sports massage that I can still feel a few days after, so I would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you!

This was my first sports massage. Toni talked me through exactly what she was doing, explaining what treatments would help and made me feel very relaxed. She offered to work along side my physio to help my injury get better quicker which is very reassuring. My legs after running the London marathon are so much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

Thanks Toni for a great massage. After suffering with back problems prior to Christmas you have really helped me to get back to running again. Looking forward to the next session post long runs for my marathon training. Thank you 🙏🏻 xxx
