Had a lovely relaxing combination of massages and reflexology with Nicola today I love the fact that you can mix and match so you get what you need and gives you an insight into other experiences that you may want in future,as I discovered with the reflexology I will definitely be doing the bespoke massage again. I have a g5 and a massage, I have lost weight with the g5, also exercise and eaten health.. I have gone from a size 18/20, down to size 14/16 in 3 month.. it worth the price, but u have to also put the work in to see the benefits. Xx

Fantastic and lovely ladies both Amanda who my appointment was with and also the lady on reception. I arrived a bit early but Amanda called me straight through. Upon leaving, I booked next appointment and asked for any information on the massage and reflexology treatments and these were emailed over to me straight away. Overall a lovely, relaxing & welcoming experience and would not hesitate to recomend to anybody

A brilliant non invasive treatment, made my tummy feel tighter and removed 2 inches, pain free and done by a lovely girl who is friendly and knowledgeable making you feel at ease for the treatment.
