A fantastic first appointment with Jake. I’d been in so much pain with my neck and shoulders and Jake listened and then did a range of hands-on techniques whilst talking me through each step. He helped me to understand what was causing the pain and gave me exercises to try to prevent reoccurrence. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience, he really put me at ease. I only wish I’d booked an appointment with him sooner!

Honestly, Jake is the best! Had muscle manipulation and chiropractic treatments from all over the world but nothing was as good as this. He knew exactly what was wrong after a few diagnostic tests and went straight in to fix the issues. I was walking and sitting straighter at the end. Couldn’t ask for more… I’ll be back!!

Jake was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly worked out what was causing the pain I was having and the treatment made a real difference. He’s really friendly, easy to chat to, and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything, gave me loads of useful advice, and even sent me videos afterwards with exercises and tips to help improve the issue and support my training. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients get better, not just treating them on the day. I’d definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional massage

Jake is very knowledgeable, friendly and puts you at ease. He asks you questions on what issues you are having and listens to them. He explains exactly what he is going to do and gives you honest feedback and what you need to do and why you need to do it. I highly recommend Jake and I look forward to my next appointment with him to work on the rehab of my issues. Thanks Jake.

I went to see Jake today for lower back pain, and the difference was amazing. As soon as I finished the treatment, I felt so much better. Jake was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I left feeling much more comfortable and relieved. First time seeing Jake today. What a top guy, very knowledgeable and thorough. Starts his treatment from watching you walk through the car park 😊. Gives real advice along with value for money. Worth the journey my go to physio now for sure.
