It was my first booking here and oh my god was it amazing. I feel so relaxed and felt very comfortable throughout the appointment, she sent me off into a relaxing world of my own. I highly recommend Rosalind, she’s incredibly friendly and honestly a miracle worker. I loved the little debrief she gave me after the appointment on where she had found tension or knots. I can’t recommend Sally enough! Every massage I’ve had with her has been amazing. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she creates such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Had my second neck, back and shoulder massage with Kelly today. It was amazing! Kelly does a fantastic job and works all the knots out whilst still making it a relaxing massage. Came out feeling so much looser and feeling chilled out. Kelly's just fab, already can't wait for my next one!

Rosalind is luxury SPA level skilled! It was my second time and I will definitely be coming back! As a new mum sore from sleepless nights and hours of breastfeeding, I treated myself to a massage and facial combo. Clare is fabulous. Makes you feel at ease from the very moment you walk in. The room is fabulous, very clean and relaxing. And the massage was amazing. I've been to Charlotte a couple of times now and I'm really happy with my treatments. Both times my sports massage has been relaxing and very thorough. Rosalind made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her skills are exceptional. I booked a pregnancy massage and a luxury facial, both of which were amazing, relaxing, and heavenly. The experience was akin to a luxury spa, without the need for a long drive, and the pricing was very affordable considering the duration of the treatments and the expertise of the therapist.
