I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
