I had a fabulous massage and cupping therapy. Sarah really listened to where I was hurting and explained perfectly what she was doing. I felt perfectly relaxed afterwards and won't hesitate to rebook the next time I'm in Nottingham.

Glamazon was amazing! I had a hot stone massage, facial, and Japanese head spa, and everything was so relaxing. Sadduf was incredibly friendly, gentle, and professional. I’m quite shy and ticklish, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. The treatments were amazing and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Such a calming atmosphere and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🤍

Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards! I’ve now been going weekly, and I can really feel the difference. I genuinely look forward to each session. Lyndsay is brilliant – she’s very knowledgeable, professional, and such a lovely person. My wife bought me a Facial Treatment and Indian Head Massage for my birthday, and I can say with confidence that Marilândia gave me the best facial and head massage I've ever had. She was exceptionally delicate, thoughtful and professional. I felt myself constantly drifting to sleep and had to keep waking myself up. She used so many different pieces of equipment and styles that each one felt completely unique and fresh. My face is glowing and my wife is thrilled with the results. We will absolutely come back to see Marilândia again, she's brilliant and an expert in her craft! Thank you!!!

Initially when Sharon first started massaging my weary bones it was quite painful and the pressure a little too much but I persevered because I could tell she knew exactly what my body needed. I came out feeling like every bone in my body had been de-stressed and untangled. Will definitely recommend and book more for myself
