Katie at The Hidden Sanctuary has worked absolute wonders for me, with Japanese integrated medicine, acupuncture and massage. My numerous aches, pains and digestive issues have been massively improved and I honestly feel like a new women after treatment, and generally so much better! I'm very happy to have found Katie and would highly recommend.

The deeply relaxing tonic I needed. Today I am pain free for the first time in days - bliss! The room was warm and cosy and the blankets ensured I stayed warm throughout the massage which was so good. The oils smelled amazing too. Can't wait to come back!
