I had the 1 hour head in the clouds treatment and from the moment I got there to the end of the treatment, Maddie made me feel fully relaxed and calm. The entire experience was honestly incredible and 100% worth it! My hair now smells and feels amazing and is so soft and my face is glowing after the facial. I highly recommend this treatment with Maddie to anyone looking to relax and unwind. I will definitely be back again!!

I’ve just had a lovely deep tissue massage here, as my neck and back were really sore from the gym. The therapist did an amazing job—she was very kind and made me feel completely at ease. I already feel so much more relaxed with all the tension gone. I’ll definitely be coming back every 2–3 weeks. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!! Exactly what I needed! I booked a deep tissue massage and Sommat was very thorough and concentrated on areas that needed more attention. Sommat asked me throughout if I was ok and making sure I wasn’t in any pain! A deep tissue massage, you get what you pay for right! She’s very strong ! ( smile ) She made my experience very enjoyable and I’ll definitely be back!! I feel completely relaxed and can even move my shoulder properly after an old injury, due to the fact she paid more attention on it - so Thank you !

Maddi is amazing!! From walking in to leaving she is so kind and thoughtful, always making sure I feel comfortable and doing whatever she can to make my experience the best. I had a 75-minute session at Esthetique Japanese Head Spa in Weybridge and it was absolutely fantastic. The treatment included a deeply relaxing scalp massage, cleansing, and the use of special massaging tools to boost circulation and encourage hair growth. I also enjoyed a soothing face and neck massage with nourishing face masks. The whole experience was incredibly calming and left me feeling refreshed and pampered. This was by far the most relaxing spa experience.have chosen the head in the clouds pure indulgence package was 1hr 15 minutes of pure enjoyment and full relaxation in this new beautiful Japanese style head spa in Surrey Lovely Maddie has walked me through all the steps, made me comfortable and relaxed before we started. Maddie is very professional and polite. I would never go anywhere else for my treatments the facials are so relaxing and has made such a difference to my skin. Would 100% recommend I’ve had LVL brow wax body wax and lymphatic drainage massage too and all the treatments are carried out to a high standard! Maddie is the best is the business🤍✨

Faith was very professional and great at communicating what my treatment entailed. I got to see my scalp and learn some new things about scalp and hair health. The treatment itself was wonderful and very relaxing. I would definitely reccomend to anyone wanting to treat themselves, or others.
