I had a lovely experience with Loukia today. It was a very relaxing and calm environment. I enjoyed the lovely botanicals facial & back massage which was gorgeous. The products used felt and smelt amazing when applied. Everything was explained prior to beginning each treatment with care and attention. Lots of nice little details to make you even more comfortable from the heated bed to the little choclate treat at the end!! Just perfection! I had an amazing experience from start to finish, I will definitely book again and also highly recommend. Thank you L.A. Beauty!!

I had deep muscle couple massages. The staffs are kind and professional. The massage is worth the price. My spouse has been suffering from joint and muscle pain for years, wish we had known about Gold Star before. He feels so much better already. We both appreciate their effort. Unfortunately we forgot to take the names of the 2 lovely ladies who did our massage.

Ella was lovely. I had an amazing deep tissue massage. I left feeling alot looser and relaxed. Definitely would recommend and will definitely be back.

This was my first sports massage and first time visiting GEM. I was really impressed with the time and care taken over the initial consultation. The massage was great and really helped my pain. Amazing facial with the lovely Loukia! I felt like I'd been transported to heaven as her gentle hands lulled me into a tranquil, calm state. At one point I nodded off I was that relaxed. She's a highly skilled practioner that knows what works well for her clients combining a mix of professionalism, great knowledge of her products and genuine care and consideration. I love this holistic approach.

Gill really knows her stuff. She is trained in a wide range of massage techniques so even if you are not sure what you need, don’t hesitate. She is thorough and professional, and works in a very calming space. She’s very knowledgeable about the body as a whole and can offer guidance on injury prevention and day to day exercises to help with issues. Great service.

Ellie did a fantastic job. I had the Swedish deep tissue massage which was very relaxing, but also a really good pressure. She found and focused on areas that were tighter. I have come out feeling brilliant. Overall highly recommend!

I had my first waxing appointment here today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Loukia was so welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The beaity room was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if it's your first time having a wax!
