Anna welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable upon arrival, and ensured the environment was suitable for my individual needs. Anna’s massage was healing and relaxing with a nice touch using different techniques and essential oils. I highly recommend you go and see her for any pain you are in as well as enjoying her bubbly personality. Great massage in a great location!!!

We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

I have Parkinson’s disease. Carol is absolutely brilliant. Kind, supportive and very skilled. Had the most wonderful massage today. Stiffness and tightness in muscles was greatly relieved. Carol has a holistic approach which soothes body and mind. I always feel so relaxed during treatment. Can’t recommend her enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anna was really nice and very professional. The massage was excellent and very relaxing. She made me feel comfortable from the start and clearly knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend Anna if you’re looking for a great massage experience. I would definitely come back again!

I went for a massage with Patrycja due to really bad back pain, and she worked through it incredibly well. Her technique was excellent, and you could truly feel the passion and skill in her hands. It’s so refreshing to go somewhere where they genuinely know exactly what they’re doing. Maalish has perfected the art of massage – from the warm bed to the relaxing music, everything was spot on. And coming from a well-trained massage therapist myself, I can confidently say this was exceptional.

I had an amazing full body massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The therapist (Ana)was professional, attentive, and really listened to my needs. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!

Absolutely wonderful hair and make up. I flew into London for a one day meeting and the girls completely nailed it. Thank you so much for accommodating my last minute date change too. Ten out of ten!

Very good and relaxing massage. I highly recommend it especially for those people who have very tense muscles like me . Milli is a very good therapist in helping to reduce tense muscles and reduce back and neck tension as well.

As always, a relaxing and stress free appointnent at Wink spa, my pre-birth prep-body waxing treatments were delicately and professionaly conducted by Sandeep, at 35 weeks pregnant she made me feel relaxed and surprisingly there was minimal pain! Also, had a gel spa Pedicure by Neeru, she applied colour with care and had the best foot massage ever- much needed!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt so relaxed from the moment I stepped in, considering I was stressed and rushing around coming here, I was instantly calmed upon welcome at Touching Lives. My massage was wonderful, when I've been for a massage in the past it's either relaxing, or deep tissue and focusing on points where I am tight, however this massage was a combination of both. I've been having issues with my back and a lot of pain recently but the pain has subsided so much now that it's been relieved 😊 thank you so much I can't wait to return xx

Absolutely loved my wash and blowdry by Karan! My hair felt incredibly clean and soft. The massage during the wash was incredible and such a relaxing experience! 100% recommend!!

I have had massages before with Carol and they have always been wonderful. A lovely relaxing and comfortable treatment area and surroundings. The massage was a whole body sensory experience, and if I was a cat I would have been purring throughout the treatment!
