I have Parkinson’s disease. Carol is absolutely brilliant. Kind, supportive and very skilled. Had the most wonderful massage today. Stiffness and tightness in muscles was greatly relieved. Carol has a holistic approach which soothes body and mind. I always feel so relaxed during treatment. Can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

Mili was great, she applied great pressure to areas of discomfort and I felt very relaxed after. I got a back neck and shoulder massage and I would visit again for this in the future

Very good and relaxing massage. I highly recommend it especially for those people who have very tense muscles like me . Milli is a very good therapist in helping to reduce tense muscles and reduce back and neck tension as well.

As always, Andreia was amazing. Full body massage and left relaxed and tension free.

I came in barely able to move after injuring my back this morning, and left feeling like a new person. The deep tissue massage was amazing—firm, focused, and exactly what I needed. The therapist knew just where to work, checked in often, and relieved pain I thought would take days to heal. My back feels looser, lighter, and so much better. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely amazing experience and worth every penny. Carol’s attention to detail is truly beautiful. The room was set up so thoughtfully — peaceful, beautifully lit, and filled with the most gorgeous scents — and the grounds themselves are stunning. Carol’s added touches, from the visualisations to the singing bowls, made the whole experience deeply immersive, and the massage was simply divine.

My first massage with Carole was beyond expectations. Her treatment room and garden is beautiful, a very spiritual space, like stepping into a magical fairy world, I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. The massage itself was so calming, she has amazing hands that’s are gentle but firm and she knew just where I needed the attention. I felt so relaxed afterwards, like I’d had a big warm hug, it really was a beautiful experience. I can’t recommend Carole enough and looking to my next visit

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!
