Massage was wonderful. However, the salon itself needs some freshening: the clock visible from the sauna hasn't worked for some time; coathook on the bathroom door needs replacing; shower fitment has broken again; extension lead trailing across the walking route This is no reflection on the staff who are welcoming and excellent therapists. I sincerely hope these quite minor issues can be resolved without jeopardising business viability. It's a great asset to the locality!

I recently had a massage here and overall it was a very positive experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I walked in, with soft lighting and soothing music that helped set the tone. Had a sport therapy massage, which was nice and deep and left my tense body much more relaxed. Happy that he listened and focused on my shoulders and I feel so much relief from the tension and stiffness I had before. He was very knowledgeable too. I had a lovely massage it was very relaxing and just what I needed. I especially loved that she washed her hands from the oil before moving onto the head massage so my hair wasn't unnecessarily oily (although I did plan for that). I will definitely book again and hopefully make my visits a regular thing.

The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. I was so relaxed and could feel the toxins flushing out of my legs. They felt lighter, sculpted and so much smoother. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited to get my wedding dress on now! Such a wonderful and relaxing afternoon seeing Kate for a facial. I nodded off a few times because I was so relaxed! She used the Pelegrims range which smells and feels incredible. My skin was glowing afterwards too. Can highly recommend a facial at Ethos, it’s like a little pocket of serenity.

This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!

I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

Aerin's massage was absolutely wonderful. She's an expert in her field. She was very caring, listened, and adapted to my needs. Honestly, I didn't expect to receive such an amazing massage, and I've had many. Aerin gave me an hour-long aromatherapy massage, which truly relaxed me. The oil she used was of excellent quality, and my skin smelled lovely. At the end, she offered me a glass of water and gave me post-massage advice. It's just a shame Aerin doesn't work on Saturdays, because I would come regularly. I wholeheartedly recommend a massage with Aerin to everyone; you won't regret it.
