What a wonderful massage with Sarah Jayne. I felt my whole body relax into the experience really quickly, the knots in my shoulder blades slowly release. And I love the fresh smell of the oil.

I've had Sarah and Kelly now, both are amazing. Sarah is a nice relaxing massage, she works the muscles nicely and you feel refreshed. Kelly is a much more firm, no nonsense therapist, she found every spot in my upper back that needed manipulation. Amazing team

Rebecca is firm but gentle with her massage. Hitting the spot and gently working the area until it has relieved the tightness causing the problem. I always feel better after seeing her. She is a good listener and encourages you to think about what might be causing the problem you are currently experiencing.

Very pleased with the service Sion provided. He identified the cause of my granddaughter's pain very quickly and set up a course of treatment. His manner was professional, knowledgeable and friendly making my granddaughter who was quite nervous feel relaxed and at ease. Definitely recommend

Had a great massage with Sion. He put me at ease and gave some holistic advice about my problems as well as some helpful exercises. I think my back was pretty knotted but he wasn't scared to give it a bit of welly and roller them out for me!
